Can I buy additional miles, transfer miles or extend the validity of my miles?
Privilege gives you the option to buy additional miles or to transfer your miles to another Privilege member. These transactions can be done online. The miles remain valid indefinitely while you are a Privilege Gold and Platinum member.
Your miles remain valid for at least three years. Miles that have not been spent by then will expire. Each year, at the end of your personal enrolment month, any miles that are at least three years old will expire.
Let's look at some examples : You enrolled with Privilege on March 12, 2003. Your enrolment month is therefore March and your membership year will run from April 1 to March 31. Any miles that are three years old will also then expire on March 31. If you collected miles on June 24, 2003, these miles will expire on March 31, 2007. However, Privilege gives you the option of buying additional miles and extending the validity of your existing miles.
Can I have the expired miles re-credited to my account?
No, it is not possible to re-credit the expired miles to your Privilege account.
